Our Story

Since Feb. 2020, Dragon Candles has been a small, but local candle store in Pocatello. What started out as a hobby, has become our passion and we're delighted to share it with you. We’re proud to have produced satisfied customers who keep coming back. We look forward to continuing our work for more customers new and old! All candles are 100% soy wax based and are made in small batches so scent and color may vary.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Glass container candles may be returned if it is damaged. Pictures must be taken of candle still in box. Provide purchase date and shipping/purchase number and send to with “damage” in subject box.Wax melts are not returnable.If glass container breaks while in use, send pictures to email above with “malfunction” in subject box.

HOW LONG TIL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?

We try our best to keep items in stock. If it not currently available, it will take one week before the candle will be shipped to you. The candles go through a curing process. The soy wax and fragrance oils of choice need time to bind together to give out the best possible scent when lit for the very first time.
If the item is in stock, they will be sent out within 3 - 5 business days. A shipping number will be sent to you in the email address you  provide to our inbox.
